The number you sent in the email is the camera´s serial number, all i´m going to need next is for you to send me a copy of your purchase receipt, or a Credit Card statement showing the proof of purchase with the date and description of the purchase.

Yerleştirme parasızdır.Eğer önceden bunun farkına varmadıysan seni daha önce bilgilendirmediğimiz için özür dileriz.Hasar görmüş ürününü gönderir gönderince yakşalık olarak 4-5 günde Tamir etme Merkezinin(ürünün tamir edildiği ve onarıldığı yer) eline ulaşacak. daha sonra sana ulaşması 5 gün alır demişler. ve daha başka sorun varsa çekinmeden sor demişler.
yani kısaca 4-5 gün tamircilerin eline geçecek yaptıktan sonrada 5 günde senin eline geçermiş , 10 gün eder hocam eline ulaşması için.
